At Ataki, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed if order processing has already begun.

Order Modifications

To ensure efficient order fulfillment, modifications may not be possible once an order has been confirmed.

This includes:

  • Changing products in the order

  • Updating quantities

  • Changing the shipping address

  • Modifying billing information

  • Applying discount codes after purchase

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted. If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to determine eligibility for returns or refunds.

Cancellation by Ataki

Ataki reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock shortages

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Technical issues affecting order processing

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

  • Orders that violate our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

  • The full order amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
